Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours before the start of your appointment time you will be charged 100% of your service fee. If you no show for your appointment, 100% of your service fee will be charged without a rebooking courtesy. You will need to rebook your appointment. Online booking deposits are non refundable and will be stored on your client account that can be used at a later date.
